These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of anthrax.gift(the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and on Telegram. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
When registering, do not choose a username that violates the law, infringes trademarks, or is obscene or abusive.
If an account is suspended or terminated, creating another account to avoid that action is forbidden. Any accounts created for that purpose will be suspended or terminated.
Accounts and invite keys are intended for single-person use. Sharing login details or otherwise granting others access to your account is not allowed and may lead to suspension or termination depending on the circumstances.
Do not upload real-world images or videos that contain graphic violence, severe bodily injury, animal cruelty, or explicit self-harm. Material that clearly falls into these categories will be removed and the uploader may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. Such material will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities or reporting centers as required by law.
The Service must not be used for phishing, distributing malware, running scams, or other fraudulent activities. Violations will result in suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Automated mass uploads, bulk posting, misuse of URL shorteners or pastes, or other spammy behavior are prohibited and may trigger rate limits, strikes, suspension, or termination.
If you find a security issue, bug, or exploit, do not abuse it. Report it to us promptly. Abusing vulnerabilities instead of reporting them may result in immediate account action.
Selling, trading, or otherwise transferring accounts or invite keys is forbidden unless expressly authorized, for example through an approved reseller program. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
We may respond to violations with warnings, strikes, temporary suspensions, permanent terminations, technical measures, or legal action at our discretion. We will cooperate with law enforcement when required.
The Service and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
